WHO WE ARE

A friendly and thriving WI group, always keen to welcome new members.

WHAT WE LOVE

As a member of our WI you’ll be able to enjoy convenient monthly meetings, where we get together for a cuppa and a catch-up before hearing expert speakers on a wide range of interesting topics, or try our hand at unusual activities. We organise regular outings to local places of interest, or sometimes meet up for a coffee or meal out. We’re also proud to get involved in local community events, as well as supporting causes close to our hearts. Those who love reading, crafting or have other special interests can also take part in our popular sub-groups.

WHY JOIN US

If you’re looking to make new friends, have fun and make the most of life, our WI is for you. Do come along!

WHO WE ARE

Sidemoor WI is a small but lively group, offering convenient afternoon meetings. New members are always welcome!

WHAT WE LOVE

A unique aspect of Sidemoor WI is that we see ourselves as a friendship group. We aim to make new members feel welcome straight away! We also encourage everyone to play an active part in the running and planning of what we do. A key part of our annual activity programme is our monthly meetings, where we welcome various expert speakers covering a wealth of interesting topics… always followed by tea and cake! On other occasions we have much fun with quizzes and bingo. Beyond our meetings, we regularly go on trips to places of interest like the Black Country Museum and Forge Mill, ensuring as far as possible that everyone can get there by car sharing. For an extra chance to socialise, we organise meals out several times a year – Maekong Thai restaurant in Bromsgrove being a firm favourite. We have a What's App group which keeps everyone up to date.

WHY JOIN US

Here at Sidemoor WI we love having fun together, learning together and making a difference together. We hope you will join us. Do come along!
