WHO WE ARE
A friendly and thriving WI group, always keen to welcome new members.​

WHAT WE LOVE
As a member of our WI you’ll be able to enjoy convenient monthly meetings, where we get together for a cuppa and a catch-up before hearing expert speakers on a wide range of interesting topics, or try our hand at unusual activities. We organise regular outings to local places of interest, or sometimes meet up for a coffee or meal out. We’re also proud to get involved in local community events, as well as supporting causes close to our hearts. Those who love reading, crafting or have other special interests can also take part in our popular sub-groups.​

WHO WE ARE
Formed in 2012, Worcester Belles WI is a thriving group with more than 40 members. Our ethos is to acknowledge the traditions and heritage of the WI, while also having a contemporary edge!​
​
WHAT WE LOVE
Here at Worcester Belles WI you’ll find so much to do, as part of a group of friends. We hold a vibrant programme of regular monthly meetings here in the heart of Worcester, which have recently included speakers giving insights into topics as varied as beekeeping, local history and phrenology. We have active book and craft groups that meet every month, as well as regular socials that have included trips to the theatre and cinema, restaurant meals, wine tasting, darts and bowling. As a member you’ll also have plenty of chances to embrace new ideas and participate in quirky activities! We’ve recently enjoyed belly dancing, bongo drumming and our own version of a Zumba class. We’re also strong on communication, keeping in touch with each other via our website and Facebook pages as well as various WhatsApp groups.​
