WHO WE ARE
A small, friendly group offering convenient afternoon meetings, Tenbury Wells WI was formed in 1922… so we’re currently enjoying our second century of enriching local women’s lives!

WHAT WE LOVE
Tenbury Wells WI is always keen to welcome new members to our enthusiastic, supportive group. Together we enjoy a host of activities, events and social opportunities all year round. Our members share a wide range of interests such as crafting, gardening, literature and film, history, and good food and wine… and our monthly meetings reflect this in the choice of special activities, visiting speakers and related monthly competitions. We often get out and about too. Recent successful outings have included visits to Bodenham Arboretum, Winterbourne House, and the Archive and Archaeology Service at The Hive in Worcester. Our regular coffee morning socials at various venues around Tenbury are always well-attended! We participate in local events including D-Day commemorations and summer fayres; and we’re very successful in our fundraising activities, such as our annual quiz night complete with savoury delights and scrumptious cakes! We were also proud to celebrate our centenary year in 2022 with a splendid luncheon, attended by our members, Presidents of other local Wis and the WFWI Federation Chair.
